Manó founded her artisanal business, ManoConcept, in 2021. She creates jewelry and home decor items by combining recycled wine bottles with an organic material (Kombucha SCOBY).
Manó worked as a chef for nearly a decade both in Hungary and abroad, and fermentation is her passion. Growing Kombucha SCOBY is also a fermentation process, and Manó utilizes this for her art. She has been experimenting with and refining her technique with this organic material for 5 years; her studio is also an experimental lab. Her concept is based on sustainability and creative recycling.
